Returns
You can return your ArcStation within 30 days of receiving it.
If your package was lost in transit and you did not receive it, please contact us and we will send you a new one.
Exchange
If you received a product with a defect or it does not function properly, we will replace it with a new one.
How it works
It’s very simple: to request an exchange or return, please send us an email at support@arcstation.net and specify the reason. We will provide instructions, assist with shipping, and arrange a convenient delivery method.
