Delivery
Orders are shipped from Ukraine and delivered by Novapost delivery service around the world (we do not ship to Russia and Belarus).
Delivery time depends on the country and shipping service:
• Ukraine: 1–3 business days
• Europe: from 5 business days
• USA and other countries: from 7 business days
The cost of delivery depends on the recipient's country.
Payment
• We accept payment by bank card (Visa/Mastercard), Apple Pay/Google Pay through a Ukrainian bank.
• Payment is made in the currency you selected when placing the order.
• Additional bank or payment system fees may apply.
Why no PayPal or Stripe?
This store is based in Ukraine. PayPal and Stripe are not currently supported for merchants in Ukraine.
Order tracking
After shipping, you will receive a tracking number to track your parcel online.
